How to consign...

Introducing.....Drop and Go!  


What are we looking for?
We take all women's clothing in sizes from XS to 6X.  Don't forget your purses, shoes, perfumes and better jewelry.  The better the labels, the better the items will sell.  


*  Current styles within the last 2 to 3 years is preferred. Older than that, we will donate. 
*  Clothing must be freshly laundered, clean and current.  We prefer items be neatly folded in a bin (please – no boxes). 
*  We will transfer to our bins upon your arrival. 
*  Shoes and accessories must be clean and have zero to little wear.  Please bring those items in a shopping bag you can leave with         us.  
*  All items must be 
authentic - it is illegal to sell counterfeit or "designer-inspired".
*  Costume jewelry will be considered as a “buy outright” option.  We will add funds to your account for any costume jewelry that we   purchase. 
*  Fine jewelry will be considered for consignment.  
*  Clothing & accessories are on consignment for 60 days.  On most items, Consignors receive 40% of the final selling price (minus     any  fees or taxes).  Exception:  Any item priced over $100 (
designer handbags) will receive 50% of the final selling price (minus any   fees or taxes) 
*  Any unsold consignments will become property of PWCS and will be donated to charity after they expire.  (Exception-designer   bags)


Below are the typical seasonal selling times for us:

     Spring/summer items  Feb 1 - Jun 30
    Fall/winter items          Aug 1 - Dec 30



DROP AND GO – effective 1-1-24

All consignments will be “Drop and GO” only.  
We want you to be ready to part with your items when you drop them off. 
Any items we are unable to accept will automatically be donated to charity. 
We currently donate to the DAV – Disabled American Vets

How does this work?
We’ll take your name and account info, deposit your items for consideration into our bins, give you a receipt and that’s it!  We will not be returning unaccepted items to consignors (exception for Designer items).  If your items are acceptable brands and are clean and only slightly worn, the chances are likely that we will accept them for consignment.
Our 25+ years in business have given us a great knowledge of what our customers and market are looking for & what sells. 
                                                  
Your items are on the floor for 60 days.   We reserve the right to take markdowns and offer sales to move merchandise.
After 60 days on the sales floor, unsold items become the property of the store and will be disposed of at our discretion. 
There will be no returns for unsold items.  


You will be issued one check at the end of your consignment.  Checks are issued and mailed by the 5th of the following month.  The minimum check amount is $50.  If your account is under $50, we will be happy to present you with a cash payout when you visit the store.​
