Consignment Terms & Conditions
Please review our consignment terms below. Each time you bring in items, you may select a different intake option to best suit your needs. By signing this contract, you agree to understand the 3 different ways to consign and that no items that are consigned are returned to the customer-designer bags and prom dresses are exceptions–see specifics on that below in the appropriate section.
Consigned items are on the showroom floor for 60 days. Items that remain unsold after 60 calendar days become the property of The Phenomenal Edit and may be further discounted, donated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion. Costume jewelry is bought outright if accepted and monies are deposited into your account during intake.
We price your items at our discretion, and you receive 40% of the final selling price (less a handling fee paid by the buyer). Our intake team inspects your items to select what our customers are looking for and brands that sell well in our store. Out of season items don't sell as well and due to the nature of our inventory changing hour by hour, it is impossible to publish an updated list at any time. Any items we cannot accept or sell will be handled per your selected intake option.

Markdowns & PromotionsWe base pricing on supply and demand. We reserve the right to markdown items at any time in the event of a flaw, spot, stain, or missing button, etc. to make the sale. Damaged items are automatically donated. We also reserve the right to run specials, clearances, or promotions as necessary to move merchandise. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Account Balances & Payouts
Prom Dresses
Consigned prom dresses will be consigned for two seasons-a season ends on May 31st regardless of start date, so after being on floor past the second May 31st date consignors will have until July 1st to pick up items. Any items not picked up at the end of two seasons' July 1st date will become The Phenomenal Edit property to further discount, donate, etc. As per above, The Phenomenal Edit reserves the right to run sales, promotions, etc and is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Consignment Terms & LiabilityYou do not need to fill out a new contract every time you consign. Each time you add items, you begin a new contract period, and you may select a new intake option at that time. Please keep a record of your consignment end dates.
We are careful and honest but not liable for loss due to fire, theft, donation, or other causes. All merchandise is left at your own risk.
I certify that I own these items and have full legal authority to consign, donate, or sell them with The Phenomenal Edit. I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Intake Options-All 3 options if consigned items will not be returned
- 1. Drop and Go (Up to one 32 gal tote): We check you in, hand you a receipt if you want one, and our team processes your items as time allows. Unaccepted items will be donated to The Phenomenal Edit’s choosing.
- 2. Instant Edit (Up to 12 Items): We check you in and as quickly as possible go thru up to 12 quality items, whatever is not consigned will be given back to the customer right away. ALL consigned items will become store property after 60 days if unsold.
- 3. Direct Donation to Store (Up to one 32 gal tote): Items are brought in as a direct donation to support our small, for-profit business. No payout or payment is provided, and we cannot issue a tax-exempt donation receipt since we are a for-profit entity.

- Checking Your Balance: You can check your balance anytime by calling the store or stopping in.
- Using Your Balance: Use your account balance anytime while shopping.
- Monthly Checks: Any account with an active balance of over $75 will have checks mailed out monthly after items have expired.
- Payout Limits: Payouts under $75 will not be mailed and can be paid out directly at the store.
Prom Dresses
